Thinktiv Playbook: Born Winner

Bloodbuy engaged Thinktiv as a turnkey commercialization partner and strategic advisor, to launch the first and only marketplace capable of transforming the supply chain for blood products within the U.S.  After a strategic market analysis, Thinktiv led Bloodbuy in the design, development, and launch of a marketplace platform that will connect hospitals and blood centers nationwide, and ensure the efficient, cost-effective flow of critical blood products to patients in need.  

In parallel, Thinktiv also developed the company’s visual brand, crafted a messaging platform that effectively addresses both buyers and sellers on the network, and designed and built Bloodbuy’s initial marketing website.  The company launched its initial beta pilot program in Spring of 2014, and Thinktiv supported the go-to-market strategy and conversion of flagship pilot participants onto the marketplace.
